Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Kingdom Town Gift Shop within 7 days FREE of charge. For orders over $75 there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
Shipping Information
All orders are processed and shipped within approximately 3 business days via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Orders paid by check will require several additional days for processing. You will be sent a confirming email when ordering and at the time of shipment.
